By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

4.2 — One Account Per UserEach individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on WG555. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, WG555 reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.
4.3 — Account SecurityYou are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. WG555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify WG555 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.
4.4 — Account Verification (KYC)WG555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its operator obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a valid CNIC or passport — proof of address and/or payment method verification before making withdrawals or at any other time at the operator's reasonable discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
4.5 — PKR Currency DisplayWG555 displays all account balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal figures in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as a convenience for Pakistani users. You acknowledge that the underlying processing currency may differ and that exchange rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of transaction. WG555 is not responsible for fluctuations in the PKR value of any transaction.
Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. WG555 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced for user familiarity; WG555 does not claim any partnership, endorsement or affiliation with these providers, and their support for gambling transactions is not implied or guaranteed.
5.2 — WithdrawalsWithdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

5.4 — No Money LaunderingWG555 is committed to the prevention of financial crime. Funds deposited on the Platform must originate from legitimate sources. WG555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Deposits made without any genuine intention to wager may be considered as attempted misuse of the Platform.
All bets are subject to acceptance by WG555. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any wager at its discretion, including without limitation where: the bet exceeds maximum stake limits; the event is suspended or cancelled; a clear pricing error has occurred; or there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting activity.
6.2 — Bet SettlementBets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game as published on the Platform. In cricket markets covering PSL fixtures, ICC T20 tournaments, bilateral Pakistan series and other international matches, settlement is based on official match result data from recognised governing bodies. Where a result is disputed or subject to official review, settlement may be delayed pending confirmation.
6.3 — Obvious ErrorsWG555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on clearly incorrect odds, lines or prices resulting from technical errors, data feed failures or human input error. Obvious errors will be identified at the operator's reasonable discretion and corrected or voided with the affected User notified.
6.4 — Live In-Play BettingLive betting markets are dynamic and subject to rapid change. Odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any moment. Bets placed during a suspension window are not accepted. WG555 accepts no liability for connectivity issues, lag or delays that may result in a User being unable to place or amend a live wager.
6.5 — Game MalfunctionIn the event of a technical malfunction affecting any casino game, slot or live dealer product, the round or game session affected shall be declared void and stakes returned. WG555 does not accept liability for losses resulting from software or hardware failures beyond its reasonable control.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. By opting into any promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 — Wagering RequirementsBonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms. 7.3 — Bonus AbuseWG555 reserves the right to cancel bonus offers, void associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once; placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent; and using techniques that exploit promotional mechanics beyond their intended purpose.
7.4 — Promotional EligibilityPromotional offers are subject to eligibility criteria including minimum deposit requirements, eligible jurisdictions and player status. WG555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or restrict any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where such modification would materially disadvantage a User who has already commenced wagering under that promotion's terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on WG555. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:
All content on the WG555 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of WG555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce or redistribute Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software element; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use WG555 branding or trademarks without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of WG555's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.
The WG555 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WG555 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10.2 — No Liability for LossesWG555 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to: gambling losses; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; service interruptions; or third-party actions. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which a claim is brought.
10.3 — Force MajeureWG555 shall not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in performance where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, telecommunications failure, internet outages, natural disasters or civil unrest.
10.4 — Maximum Liability CapTo the extent any liability of WG555 is not excluded by these Terms, WG555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
WG555 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your Account at any time and without prior notice where: there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited conduct; KYC verification is outstanding; a self-exclusion request has been received; a dispute is under investigation; or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements necessitates such action.
11.2 — Account Closure by WG555WG555 may permanently close your Account in the event of a material breach of these Terms, confirmed fraudulent activity, persistent prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account would expose WG555 to legal or regulatory risk. Where an Account is closed for cause, WG555 reserves the right to withhold funds subject to any outstanding investigation, legal obligations or regulatory requirements.
11.3 — Self-Closure by UserYou may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting WG555 support. Following closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to KYC verification being complete) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise stated.
11.4 — Responsible Gambling ClosureWhere an Account closure is requested on responsible gambling grounds — including self-exclusion — WG555 will process the closure promptly and apply any cooling-off period requested. Users who have self-excluded are prohibited from creating new accounts during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion are a serious breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
WG555 does not represent that the Service is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is entirely at your own risk and legal responsibility. WG555 expressly disclaims any liability for any breach of local law committed by a User in accessing the Platform.
WG555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, WG555 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — for example, through a notice displayed on the Platform or via email to the registered address on file.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
